Studies demonstrate that the stress and challenges of coming home can be as great, if not greater, than those experienced internationally. This workshop will support expatriate reintegration into life and work back home. The workshop will also support organizational objectives by capturing valuable lessons learned, assisting employee reintegration, improving personnel performance and increasing retention.
Who should attend?
Expatriates returning to their home country after an international assignment. Graybridge Malkam recommends intact group workshops whenever possible.
Learning Objectives

Methodology
Returning from the International Assignment is an interactive classroom-based course based on adult education principles and led by one of our experienced trainers. A pre-workshop survey of needs will be required for intact groups.
Duration
Returning from the International Assignment is a 1-day workshop. The course can be combined with the Developing Intercultural Competence course and requires 2 days.
