Process
Graybridge Malkam begins the Opt for Inclusion™ process by meeting with you to develop a tailored version of the assessment that is best suited to your needs. The following steps depict a typical process:

Primary focus for the assessment:
We review your context and recommend a clear focus, eliminating or reducing those assessment areas that are not critical to your organization.

Depth vs. breadth of assessment:
With a given number of questions, we balance sufficient breadth of coverage (i.e. number of dimensions assessed) with sufficient depth of assessment (i.e. number of questions for each dimension) to provide reliable and useful results.

Speaking your language:
We will align the questions with your organization’s diversity and inclusion definitions, concepts and competencies. Consistency of messaging and terminology is an important success factor in using assessment results as a foundation for individual and organizational learning and development.

The assessment:
Selected candidates complete the assessment via our secure web environment[A1] . Data is compiled and scores are interpreted.

Final report:
You receive our final report that includes an executive summary, an overview of the assessment process, summary findings and recommendations at the organizational or departmental level.

Debrief Session (optional):
Graybridge Malkam can provide a debriefing session where we will review and explore individual and/or organizational strengths and gaps.
Your organization may want to follow-up the assessment with customized individual coaching and/or group training.
