Graybridge Malkam is seeking an experienced Laravel / PHP Full-Stack Developer to support the development, maintenance and enhancement of web-based applications.
Minimum Qualifications
- College diploma or university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Equivalent education combined with substantial relevant professional experience may be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of professional web or application development experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on PHP/Laravel development experience.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong experience with PHP and Laravel.
- MySQL database development and integration.
- Dependency and package management using Composer.
- Development and maintenance of database-driven web applications.
- API development and third-party system integrations.
- Authentication, authorization and application security.
- Git or similar source-control tools.
- Troubleshooting, maintenance and enhancement of existing applications.
- Candidates must possess or be able to obtain Government of Canada security clearance (Reliability or Secret level).
Assets
- Vue.js and Vuetify.
- Node.js.
- AWS.
- .NET.
- CI/CD and automated deployment environments.
- Experience supporting secure or government applications.
- French and English fluency
The ideal candidate is a strong Laravel/PHP developer capable of contributing across both backend and frontend application components.
Duration
Full-time hourly contract for approximately six (6) months, or longer.
