What is the Adapted Portfolio Service (APS)?
Graybridge Malkam will tailor our current collection of courses and workshops to best meet your personnel and organization’s developmental requirements. This provides many of the benefits of our custom design services without the associated additional costs and time. The APS service is available in three categories:
Single Course and Workshop
Our most popular APS category allows you to modify an existing single course or workshop outline, learning objectives and duration.
Multiple Course and Workshop
This type of Adapted Portfolio Service merges two current courses and workshops into a single program. Course outlines and learning objectives are adapted to form a seamless learning event. A minimum of two course delivery days are required for this APS type.
Group Learning Path
This comprehensive service helps intact teams and new recruits develop the rights skills and competencies to thrive in your organization. Select three or more courses and workshops from our catalogue and Graybridge Malkam’s expert instructional designer will work with you to tailor a program that meets your organizational needs. The Group Learning Path program can be delivered over a 12-month period from start date.
Who is it for?
Our Adapted Portfolio Service is best suited for mid-size to larger organizations that require minor modifications to current Graybridge Malkam courses and workshops. Our Adapted Portfolio Service is recommended for single and multiple intact groups of 10 participants or more.
